Microsoft fights back! - Finally
For the Windows 8 critics:
The windows 8.1 update released some months ago did change some of the complaints when Windows 8 was released..
Here are some of the new changes:
- The desktop felt like "another app" among the live tiles on the startscreen. Now the desktop is
felt throughout the experience on the laptop of desktop pc.
- PC will now automatically boot into the desktop
- Pin modern apps to the taskbar
- Desktop apps are default: earlier if you double-clicked a sound file it launched the modern version of the Media player which wasn't
what users wanted.
This all looks like to be a fix to satisfied users before releasing windows 9. Windows 9 should be released in 2015!
Rumors say that now windows will be one operation system to fit to all devices. Phone, Tablets, Xbox and Desktop computers.
They will beat Google and Apple which both have another mobile OS.
Also windows 9 will act like one system and not divided as 2 with Metro and the desktop which is the feeling users have had using
windows 8. It will be integrated!: Run Metro apps in desktop....etc.!
